The BSH 01 gate with electromagnet is one of the elements of sanitary locks in food industry plants.

It is installed on the way employees pass from social rooms (changing rooms, dining rooms, etc.) to production rooms.

The task of the device is to prevent passage from production to social areas in violation of the applicable rules of employee movement. In combination with a hand disinfection station and a barrier system, it is the last element of the sanitary lock equipment at the entrance to production.

The gate is equipped with an electromagnet released using a button, a photocell and through integration with plant systems and sanitary lock elements.

After disinfecting hands using the SDR station, the employee must quickly move towards the gate.

The size of the barrier can be adjusted to the customer’s requirements.
