Poultry cutting line, 8 stations, 17 cones
The poultry cutting line is used for dividing and filleting all types of poultry. It is characterized by a simple and ergonomic design that ensures easy cleaning. The principle of operation is that the eviscerated carcasses are attached to plastic cones mounted on hangers made of stainless steel. Hangers screwed to chain conveyor trolleys are additionally supported in guides to maintain the stability of the set. The line speed is smoothly adjustable and can be adapted to the individual needs and capabilities of the user. The length of the line depends on the required capacity (depending on the number of stations) and also on the solution of the route of the line at the user’s place. If you need to increase performance, the line can easily be expanded.
